Terms of service.

1. Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking room on the 3rd floor. It is strictly prohibited to smoke anywhere else in and around the building.

2. Please maintain quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be considerate to neighboring residents.

3. Please separate all garbage according to the sorting chart and dispose of it in the designated bins. Additional fees will apply for improperly sorted waste or for disposing of bulky items (e.g. shoe boxes, cardboard boxes, appliances). If the indoor garbage bag is full, please place it in the outdoor trash bins outside the building (in the alley on the left side of the main door).

4. This accommodation is a wooden building. Jumping, footsteps, and loud conversations will affect the surrounding area, so please refrain from doing so late at night or early in the morning.

5. In the event of a violation of the house rules, you may be charged a penalty and compensation for damages.

6. We will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or thefts that occur around or inside the building during your stay.

・Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking room on the 3rd floor. It is strictly prohibited to smoke anywhere else in and around the building. *If smoking outside the smoking room is observed, a fine (30,000 yen) plus compensation for damages (cleaning fees, etc.) will be charged.

・About Linens: Only one set of linen (bedding cover, bath towel, face towel) is provided per person. If you would like to use more than the number of guests, please contact us in advance via message. If the linen is soiled beyond normal use, additional charges may apply.

・About Facilities and Equipment: Please do not take any equipment from the facility. If any facilities or equipment are damaged, a compensation fee will be charged.

・Incorrect Number of Guests: If we discover that the number of guests has been underreported, we will charge additional fees for each guest. Please notify us in advance if non-guests will be entering or leaving the facility. If this is discovered later, an additional 5,000 yen per person will be charged.

・Nuisance: If we receive complaints from neighbors about noise or other nuisances, we will immediately cease use and ask you to leave immediately, without refund of the accommodation fee. We will also charge an 85,000 yen nuisance fee.

・Accidental soiling of the facility. If you vomit inside the room, on the building grounds, or around the building, or if you use the room in a bad manner (unreasonable soiling or excessive soiling), we will charge you a restoration fee and a nuisance fee of 70,000 yen or more.

・Delivery of lost and found items. We will deliver domestically only, with a cash-on-delivery charge of 1,500 yen per package. However, if the size of the item requires significant packaging costs, an additional fee will be charged.

・Leaving after check-out time

Additional fees will be charged for late check-out: 3,300 yen for every 30 minutes

・Management of valuables

Please manage your valuables at your own risk. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage in the room, regardless of the cause.
